My account
Once you have registered with SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND, you have opted in to receive electronic communication from us except in Canada where you need to authorize the reception of electronic communications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and your password. If activities occur under your account or password, you will accept responsibility for all these activities. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized activities in your account. SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND reserves the right to revoke your membership for any reason at any time, without notice.
Cancellation policy / No show policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change any appointment. If the required notice is not given, or the client does not show up for their appointment, there will be a charge of $25.
Confirmation policy
Clients receive a confirmation notice by Call or text or email. We will attempt to confirm each appointment 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment.
Booking spa / Laser packages or multiple same day appointment
Spa Packages or multiple same-day appointments will require a deposit of 50% at the time the package or services are booked. The deposit is non refundable.
