All products purchased from SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND are considered FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable and non refundable. In the case of any missing items or products damaged during delivery, you must notify SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND, in writing, within 15 business days of delivery at info@skinbeautyandbeyond.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the buyer fails to do so within this time, the products are deemed to be delivered in good condition and the order complete.
SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND packages for any services and products are non-refundable. All the service packages are non transferable and non refundable.
Group parties
Group parties (3 or more people) require a 50% non-refundable fee per person. Multiple same-day appointments, packages, and group parties require 48 hours to reschedule or cancel.
Gift cards
At the Skin Beauty and Beyond, we always validate our gift cards for the original purchase price. Our gift cards never expire, but prices and packages are subject to change. In the event of a price change or change of packages available, the redemption of a gift card will be at the original purchase amount. Any increase will be due at the time the gift card is redeemed. Gift cards are always accepted at face value. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift cards may be used towards any treatment, service, or product at Skin Beauty and Beyond. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, they should be treated as cash.
Pricing
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.
All prices shown on the Website are exclusive of applicable sales taxes and freight costs. All prices shown on the Website include duties.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card or Paypal. SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND will charge the member’s credit card upon acceptance of the order and issuance of the order confirmation.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days from the receipt of your order for products. Free shipping on all orders within GTA. We suggest that you take this into consideration when choosing your shipping address for an order. Due to high demand and statutory holidays, delivery times may be delayed.
Sales taxes
For all orders SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND will add the Federal Sales Tax and the relevant Provincial Sales Tax to the order.
Product authenticity
We guarantee that all products sold at SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND are authentic.
Warranty
The only express warranties that apply to the products are those issued by the manufacturer. Such warranties, if applicable, are exclusive and to the maximum extent permitted by law. SKIN BEAUTY AND BEYOND excludes all other warranties, representations, guarantees, or conditions of any kind, including any statutory, oral, written, express, or implied.
